Biography

I was born in Jahrom, Fars province, in 1985. I received my B.Sc. degree from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Zabol University, Iran, in 2007, and the M.SC. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM), Iran, in 2010 and 2021, respectively. In 2011-2014 and 2020-2023, I worked at the Food and Drug Administration, standard, Qeshm, as a senior specialist in food analyzer and at Kalleh Dairy industry as an R&D specialist, respectively. I have worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at Isfahan University of Technology (IUT) since 2023 (August).
